After a successful career in business banking spanning over 20 years I decided it was time to run my own business and follow the words of wisdom I had been previously dispensing.
I had enjoyed working closely with small businesses from start-ups through to those with several million turnover and I wanted to continue this association but in a way that was more fulfilling. I had seen many businesses struggle due to poor cash-flow which was often a result of minimal time being spent working on the business because the owner was too busy at the rock face. More and more financial information was being sought by lenders and for compliance and in a timelier manner than a historical set of annual figures.
I knew that the best way to move forward would be to build upon my years of experience. As a full member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers I am able to bring the perfect match of practical business experience and professional organised bookkeeping.
I now work with a varied range of business sectors including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, business services and the trades. My clients vary in size from a simple sole trader through to partnerships & limited companies. I tailor my approach to each businesses sectors needs and importantly the business owner’s specific requirements. Since launching in 2012 I haven’t looked back.
